Greencastle – Services for Eddie H. Buis, 79, former Putnam County councilman will be tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. in Rector Funeral Home. Buis died Monday in Putnam County Hospital. He owned a plumbing and heating firm in Greencastle and once taught school in Putnam County. Buis, a Democrat, was a former county auditor and jury commissioner. He retired in 1960 from the plumbing and heating business. He was a veteran of WWI. Survivors – wife Rachel; son: Russell, Howard; daughters Mrs. Howard Moore, Mrs. Lloyd Grimes.  – transcribed by kbz
